Yes I did speak to her....by text ... today ....she was shredding , but had hurt her foot ...

I've not heard from her since before that Baz, think it was just after 3.30 when I got off the phone ...I had to make the bed up because I had stripped it and that's how I remember about what time it was

Cream is ok for me Ros ....it's fruit ...and ascorbic/citric  acid ..which tends to be in all processed food
