I think the other Nan's had enough, she's contracted but they are treating the contract like a zero hour contract. She can't plan anything and when she does she's got to cancel it...think this afternoon was the straw that broke the camel's back

I don't blame her though. Her MIL is old, getting more confused and cares going in and lives over the north east, she can't even make arrangements to see her...I knew it wouldn't work out for her.

What a shame I guess she thought anything was better than nothing at the time ....under the circumstances

Yes, jobs should be advertised for what they are though, it really is disgusting what firms get away with now. She was there a week before she had a break, first day she worked 8 hours on a bottle of water

Nope, I've been told I could be there for months yet by the time the police checks come through, but I've also had it said to me that 'this person' wouldn't put it past them to keep me there to train the new person
