depends...4 to 6 weeks I think Baz, she certainly needs something different or hopefully won't need so many as it improves.

She has my sympathy...truly I can't take either aspirin or paracetamol ....both upset me but for opposite reasons 
I'm sure they would have tested her bloods for Crohns Dame ....sounds more like IBS ...which is almost as bad , bless her

See I can take codeine .....or I used to be able too ....used to take aspirin and codeine .....although it's very addictive

I've not taken any over the counter painkillers for years tbh .....just my gabapentin ....

That's ok ....it's just they are supposed to help you to sleep cos they block the blue light from you TV and computers etc....
