We had a power cut today ...came home from town and I thought there had been a ram raid cos loads of burglar alarms were going off

That's strange, my leccy went off this morning...found the cause, it was the kettle in one socket  Changed it to the next one and it's fine

 I think this was a general one .....happened around midday I think cos I noticed a couple of my recordings failed

I knew my fuse switch was up, the lights were still on Baz. I just started pulling plugs out to eliminate the one that caused it to blow...I probably spilled some water filling the kettle if truth be told

It's been Phil's birthday today. I sent him a text this morning saying happy birthday.

We don't normally put money in cards but because he came and waited in last week for my delivery I threw a fiver in it and said get yourself a couple of drinks....he came back with thanks, but didn't thank me for the money and the card

I did splatter because it dripped on my toes...I think it also dripped on the connection when I slotted the kettle back on the base

I posted it on bloody Thursday and even with a second class stamp on it (and there's no difference anyway) he still should've got it
