Had a pow wow at work today. New acting senior manager isn't keeping his job after the end of June but boss didn't say whether we are keeping him! he's only on loan from Gateshead

Only got funding for him until the end of June but he's so rubbish at the job he's not being kept on in that role. It'll have to be advertised again

He's concentrating on the trivial things and won't ask about what has to be done. Me and Jen have nearly had melt downs last week and have just manged to keep calm today

No, I don't know enough about my role, never mind that one I'm quite happy doing what I'm doing. In the later years of my working life I just want to go in, do my job and come home again
