remember when I said we got suspended for hiding the school hall piano key to stop a little prat playing Mozart and Beethoven every Friday morning and he was more like Liberace on speed... someone posted a school photo of our year and he's smack bang in the middle row Little blonde curly haired git

oh...he thought he was a classical pianist  he played in the Friday assembly and thought he was fabulous. We locked the piano and buried the key in my friend's garden. Her sister told on on us and we were suspended for a week...my mother never found out until a few years ago...I forged all the letters from school  Funny, the little git still haunts me...I still see his sisters and both are just as annoying as he was...

good grief, nooooooooooooo  I got finished and got to the post office and tidied up, quick hoover round and it's presentable. I'm going to pull everything out Thursday Baz, I'm brother visiting tomorrow and won't have time to give it a good pulling out.

Yes....I only use that iron on tape , but even then it's heavy going .....and there are 8 90inch x 90 inch  curtains .....last time it wiped me out just measuring and heaving them around ...

 True .....the lawn stuff seems to be working ....lots of sick looking dandelions today I will be glad once the outside is painted though .....and the patio is still waiting

whatever I do with my lawn I still get dandelions..we are so near the sea breeze the sods blow seeds everywhere

whatever I do with my lawn I still get dandelions..we are so near the sea breeze the sods blow seeds everywhere 

Yes, we do too ....they originate on the grass verges around the estate ....but a few are now biting the dust Mind you , there are so many weeds in our lawns we are going to be looking at a brown oasis until the new grass grows

It better ....but it had to be done , and hopefully having the gardening guys out regularly will improve it no end ....

No, we are stil mowing it ourselves .they are just treating it 4 times a year and doing things like scarifying /aerating etc. In the autumn .
