I have my supper ....couple of bits of toast about 10 ....cos I have my lunch/dinner about 2-3 in afternoon ....I can't eat an evening meal any more ....

I bin them, I have asked them politely not to stick them through ...now I bin them and if they knock I tell them exactly what I did with it
