Oh, and just to let you all know, I can see some likes on my posts. I've turned my likes off as I kinda got somewhat sick of clicking on them to look and see who it was  (due to someone that's not in here)so I can't see who's posted those likes  It's up to you whether you still continue to do it

I stopped liking your posts when you said...I never look at them at night, I glance next day and once you've clicked on the the alert goes off.

spondylosis is a bugger...I have to lie still when it's really bad and Baz suffers from it too

 Well they are saying it can be a factor in being overweight ....cos it alters hormones .....I'll happily go with that
