A rather dull day thus far. Not to warm but less breezy than yesterday

 Yes ....been playing up for  last three days .....found out I think ginger is on the no no list

it's strange as we get old how an illness or medication makes us intolerant to loads of things, I know loads of people with similar problems

Yes  Mine was creeping up for about a decade ...first things like aspirin and paracetamol ....then tomatoes ...then certain fruit ...and now every bliddy thing

I'm convinced that it was those double dose of antibiotics that triggered it ...killed off all the flora in my gut

could be, antibiotics are not selective in what bacteria it kills off unfortunately
