dammeee very bestie sinuses playing up again - never been so bad - hope it's hayfever related TBH - hope you had a good day

My day wasn't bad Ros thanks  Leanne's had a proper crap week with hay fever, sore throat and wheezing, although she grew out of her childhood asthma hay fever makes her wheeze

I get shortness of breath and coughing fits from certain tree pollens. I have to be pretty close to them though.

Go to your docs and get a test   There's such a thing as seasonal rhinitis. My niece has it, but its different to hay fever

Pollens have changed in latter days and it depends on what there is about now

rhinitis can last all year long, so it doesn't really matter how much pollens change. I sneeze all the year round, sometimes worse than others and eye streaming is fluctional, the wheezing is a new element

I typed fluctional instead of can fluctuate which makes far more sense
