I have one on mine, it's a wooden slatted one, but low... and the one Lynds swapped is a oak slatted one that's higher..mind, doesn't make any odds to me with my legs and the big lanky git should sleep in the fetal position like most folk and it wouldn't have bothered him either

Yes  they do a bottom board to go with my new headboard , but decided against it ...went for the matching blanket box instead
