Sprout posted:I know, I guessed it was hardly the best pic
you do need a contrast though Pam....those papers were all pale and the cushions and shade is pale, you need something that matches but contrasts A bolder paper maybe now you have pale furnishings

Two of them are more silvery, and the striped one is more cream and grey but I worry that the silvery ones will be too dark with the curtains and settee

I've done all that, put the heating on, switch the comp on and dive back under the duvet until the house warms before my shower

the ones you showed us weren't dark and you don't want all the same shades...you need a contrast ..be it curtains or wallpaper. To be honest, I would have left shades and cushions until last Pam...it's easier to match little stuff than trying to match wallpaper and curtains.

My morning, this morning........I set my phone alarm for 7am, I got rid of that darn tune when it appeared
I didn't actually get up until 7.40, in the shower, dressed, d/stairs and put the TV on just in time to check my Euro Lottery before going out the door at 8.25 to get a Metro at 8.32

The cushions are quite light grey with a 'cubish' pattern on if I can say that
The settee is a kind of dark/slate grey
