Nope, she was making herself something when I was talking to her Oh, he was much worse on Wednesday...apparently he's striking out at the mirror in his ensuite, seems this is a common occurrence with Alzheimer's patients and for the first time I heard him say eff off and I have never heard him swear in front of women 
They are going to take the mirror off, I said just stick a poster over it.

Yes, I think that's actually part of it ...they don't need to be able to work it through ....cos if you think you are, say in your 20s, it must be a terrible shock to see this person in their 50s etc. ......it will actually be quite scary
