Our machines are continually doing that. I get a zone c for work on the metro....I went to Newcastle tonight after work.......no option to add zones A and B to it on the ticket machine.......ÂĢ1 extra for all three zones

Yep, it's a pee take and don't get me started about the service. A German firm used to run it, but as of April 1st Nexus have just taken it back. It had it's problems under Nexus but really they were way better than the other firm.
