Yes, when I worked on A&E reception it was a regular occurrence

I'm sorry, but I totally disagree. Buses, trains, doctors, hospitals...an arsehole is an aresehole in whatever situation they are in. I know loads of people and my daughter being one of them yesterday and Lynds countless times in Carlisle hospital...

I was fighting on with the tv earlier and rushing to swap tv's over, pulled the tv plug out and snapped my index finger nail....they are really long and I snapped it clean off....I swore but really wanted to
