I've always just tipped, can't remember ever seeing a surcharge on the bill ...I shall take more notice from now on 

Like I say, I haven't noticed either but Tonia reckons it would be in the small print....course then you'll get the drunks in and just pay what's on the bill .....

If you pay by card often get the chance of saying yay or nay to gratuities .....but if they have a service charge it supposed to be clear on the bill ....or their website

house wine...I'd never heard of it, although it was quite nice to be fair and so it should be at that price.

I know...it's under £8  a bottle in Carlisle Wetherspoons, although it was heaving in there today. 

I plonked myself on the bus next to Dolly and our jurno friend was in the seat in front...who trotted onto the coach and sat in the aisle seat opposite me ...you'll never guess
