I used to be able to sleep 8/9 hours a night .....now if I get 5 I feel blessed

can manage on 6 everyday and on a bad night 4 and yes 2 hours is awful

TBH sprrooty -don't think it's just that - when teaching stress or worry about a situation in work but still happens now even when I feel relaxed - it's a mystery
