I have it for my family and have for about 3/4 years...we share so many pics of the kids and video's it's brilliant for a family group. Plus, Dolly uses it it a lot to ring me, sometimes she's no phone signal where she lives, so she can use her  wifi for whatsapp for free calls. I phoned Katie a few times when she was abroad for free too

I don't know why but it seems to be that way with Sammy's yet when my Sony was in operation it used to d/load automatically
