Really, really stressful today. Tuesday's are normally busy anyway but it's been manic today due to staff meeting and me being on my own in reception, multiple phones ringing, people at the window in for appts that OM's haven't let them know that there's a meeting on.  Offenders 'under the influence' at the window

It's only been a few days ..and she's got reserves ...so......plus she could always go back to care work if needs be ...but ...l

Me neither ....but tbh she's not been on benefits for a year or so now ...I think they just about manage between them

Hey, it is what it is. I've coped with worse, although that's been face to face....not phones ringing every 20 seconds or so 

And at that.....peeps wanting to know the number for another office that used to be part of us but aren't any more!  that's pissing me off!
