that's the thing...I can still run, it's weird  Give me a set of stairs and i'm  ouching all the way up. If I kneel down don't expect me to get up in a hurry 

Awww I have to admit getting down is ok , getting up again not so much 

I suddenly had  pain in my knee - gone now - was awful really debilitating - rang/triage then doc rang me back - apparently the knee is very complicated  joint and if it didn't improve needed an x ray - glad it went as it would affect work - lots of stairs in schools

never heard of it Sweet, I will google it  It's a family thing, my mother started in her late 30's or early 40's with arthritis in both hips and later her spine
