first time she's ever had to complain...they came in within the hour, cleaned right through, changed beds, towels and the place was spotless when they left. One bottle of wine, box of chocolates and free round of golf for the boys....still at those prices it shouldn't happen and as Lynds said, if it wasn't for the boys she would have got in the car and drove home.
