and me Ros, normally on a good night it's one or round about and I'm rarely asleep after 7 and light morning it gets earlier and earlier

 TBH we've not really had much of a winter , so I'm reckoning we will get snow in August Seriously , the light mornings really mess up my sleep patterns ...such as they are 

energy flashes in distant galaxies could be alien activity....why on earth would people think it was impossible for no other life forms in the heavens when we are here

and I am the opposite, I get so stressed through winter I can't sleep and I'm much more relaxed light nights I sleep better...maybe only 4/5 hours but it's normally a deep sleep

Good My day was ok .....Apart from the fact that I got a rude awakening this morning ....Mr B  storming up the stairs demanding to know why I had made him get up so early .....I pointed out that I hadn't actually spoken to him since we went to bed last night , and that he had , as usual been asleep in the recliner chair since about 3 o'clock 

Honestly , I don't think he believed me even then ....despite the fact that I was fast a bliddy sleep when he came storming In
