Are the school ok about them being off ?

not a problem Baz, I think schools are on a sticky wicket since the last court case and the family won...think the law was slackened after that. It was ridiculous anyway, some families just can't afford/get time off around holiday school shutdowns.

I agree ....but I think my youngest grandsons school are still pretty hot on it ...

Still I hear it's lovely ....my hairdresser has been ....lots to do for the kids too ...

there loads to do, although every activity costs you and is not included in the price except the swimming pool. I think it ÂĢ10 each child for every activity

Omg  I thought they were all included in the price !!

I think it all depends on the children's attendance record too, the boys are pretty much excellent apart from this viral bug the last couple of weeks...Oldest is 100% attendance..He got sent home the other week poorly, he should never have gone but he won;t stay off

Awww  I think my grandson has nearly perfect attendance too....comes of having a nurse for a mother My parents (who were both nurses)  were the same ...got a themoeter stuck in my mouth and if the temperature wasn't through the roof it was school or else !

I was wrong...indoor climbing 18.50 each and they love it, that's for 55 minutes. Roller skating 10.50, ten pin bowling 25.00, I think that would be for 2...well I hope. The list is endless and plus the lodges are really expensive

That's daylight robbery in my book ......like you say cheaper to go  abroad

I only told my mother I was suspended once for a week before she died  I forged letters from home informing my parents why I had been suspended...it was for burying the school hall piano key in my friends garden to stop Trevor Bowman doing his Liberace bit every Friday morning...I wouldn't care I didn't swipe it, although I may have been there when it was disposed of
