Rofl My day was ok thanks ....optician fitted me in today ....which I wasn't expecting But at least I know it's nothing major ....which is why they were worried I think . Apparently one eye needed a new prescription ...and my eyes are apparently very dry ...one very, very , apparently ...so now on two lots of drops four times a day

I'm so glad you got it today, a) because they found you had a problem and b) to put your mind at rest. Visual migraine is horrible and it's worrying when you don;t know what's wrong!

Yes , they moved very quickly once I told them what was happening . I used to get bad migraines , but never had any visual disturbances with them....now I'm getting the visuals without the bad headache zTBH I'd never realised that could happen Plys one eye isn't as short sighted as it was ....optician says I've found the elixir of youth

Yes It's my focusing from near to far that is the main problem these days ....hence the varifocals I've ordered some new ones ...seeing as the prescription had changed rimless ones ....but on the plus side he says my cataracts haven't got any worse ....said it wouldprobably be about 10 years before they needed doing ....I told him I'd have carked it by then
