Yes, that's an idea ....I think the trouble is it's used as a preservative .....and it's defo a major trigger for me I have no idea why I've become so intolerant of things ....this time last year I could eat nearly everything ! The only thing I can link it to is that I had a bad water infection just before it started and had two lots of antibiotics ....which didn't really agree with me , and I wonder if they messed up my gut bacteria !!

Yes , I think it was norovius that may have started my daughters 

I've always been a bit IBS/ tummyfied....especially when I get stressed , but never like this

You can't see me with nowt  that's two of us in the last couple of weeks and I rarely get them 

I've not got any relationship problems and intend to keep it that way   I'm hoping the other is sorted, she's back home after a compromise and I must admit it wasn't on Leanne's side, she had dug her heels in and wasn't for budging

wasn't a shock Baz, myriad of reasons except the ones they are reporting in the paper...I knew we would be lucky to get in. It's very depressing for the working class in this area though and I'm at a loss that even the rich retiree's in the national park didn't take into account the hospital crisis we have here...it's a case of I'm alright jack in the lakes I'm afraid.

no south lakes votes with Copeland and parts of Keswick and Allerdale votes with parts of Keswick and the other part of the national park up to Penrith and that's Tim Farron Lib Dem for Penrith and the borders. In the boundary changes, Copeland and Allerdale will merge and that could make the whole of a working class area with no work, no industry and one hospital to serve 2500 miles blue... in true blue tory democracy
