yes mainly around capel curig in snowdonia - that was my main reason not chancing Manchester as i get the Holy head train to Chester and i know it can be dodgy at the best of time especially having to go by the viaduct near me and trains from Chester to Manchester were cancelled and vice versa especially after 9am

Mine seems to be garlic, onions , citric acid and any veg , apart from spuds , parsnips and carrots !! You've no idea how many things contain citric acid in ....everything from cake icing to sausages !!

Just a plain king prawn curry with half rice and half chips Tonia and me had each other's half of the chips and rice

yes similar to me but can eat most veg except sprouts never thought of citric acid TBH - will check that out

Yes, that's an idea ....I think the trouble is it's used as a preservative .....and it's defo a major trigger for me 
I have no idea why I've become so intolerant of things ....this time last year I could eat nearly everything ! The only thing I can link it to is that I had a bad water infection just before it started and had two lots of antibiotics ....which didn't really agree with me , and I wonder if they messed up my gut bacteria !!
