she put an offer in but it was rejected...they want full asking price, now she's spied one in town that seems to have more possibilities. It used to be a pub but just been renovated into a dwelling, I'm sure to wouldn;t take much to get it turned back into business premises and that would work perfectly for her goes to look for the link
