evening Baz
Day was long considering I didn't sleep again and I have not had time to sit on my arse all day and catch up...retired life eh
Very confusing at times, due to some friends conspiring to play with my brain Allan looked very tired, but was in a good mood...his wife was going to lay him on the bed after I left...his eyes were dropping
How was your day...bear with my slow typing..my mouse is giving up the ghost

Yes, a friend is up for six days from Hastings. She's a partner in a very exclusive retro clothes shop. Her partner is buying her out and she's house hunting here (her choice, she's wanting more chill time) ....she's adorable, so I am off for a catch up with her and Dolly and find out if she's any farther forward with the legalities, She's actually considering buying the old Priests house next to the Catholic church...it's hugeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Oh right .....that's clearer But BGT Did she manage to get anywhere ? And doing what ?
AN 81-YEAR-OLD Whitehaven woman hopes she impressed the judges this week at the Britainâs Got Talent auditions.
Gladys McKinney belted out a tune as she fought for a place in the ITV showâs live auditions which will be aired next spring.
And Gladys, a popular singer at charity events around town, said that she is not fazed about getting the chance to sing in front of music mogul Simon Cowell and his panel of judges.
âIâm not bothered â itâs just tough if they donât like my song. If I get through, I get through,â she said.
She travelled to the Renaissance Hotel in Manchester last Tuesday to audition for the show but wonât know if she is through until next February.
âI am proud of myself. I just want to go there and put Whitehaven on the map because there has been quite a lot going on recently,â she said.
âI have sang since I was three years old and I sing in my own way â I have never had any training.â
Her voice has made her a popular resident at Dickinson Court where she lives as she often sings for the other residents as well as many others in the town.
âI go around and sing for pensioners at Christmas,ââ she explained. âI have a lot of fans"

nah, think she got to the second round...she's actually a good singer and to her credit raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity over the years
