Mine never used to be...I had them set to tell me when they were there but let me choose....MS have overidden that and now d/load auto

Yes, mine tells me when they are there ...then if I want it will download ...then it asks me again if I want to install ...

I hate that, loads of people got lumbered with 10 because of it and knackered a load of computers up. Luckily I removed the file on the automatic download
