actually I sometimes do, but make sure I drink it the next day....unless you put the remainder in a smaller bottle that's filled to the top so no oxygen can enter, it goes off pretty quickly

I have over the years...but unlike you I stay off it midweek, so actually you drink more than me still haven't seen a wine with a cork in for years, I would just use stretch and seal if I ever come across one
