I deliberately bought a low emissions car so it would be much cheaper ...now it looks as if my car tax just shot up from ÂĢ30 to ÂĢ110 and my car is very low on emissions

I've just looked at the box again.....and there's an 'addition' like from the previous box taped on top of this box that's sealed with Yodel tape and it's just got a code number on it and redel (redeliver)
