It's complicated since my line manager Jen decided to drop down a grade and stay with us.  Sickness and holidays and the like it's hard to find someone to sign them off....meanwhile you keep getting text reminders off the agency to get them signed off

I would be looking for something permanent if they don't take you on this time, although I would have been applying anyway...agencies are dodgy things to work for

I think they're waiting for Lindsay to be made up a grade and then me get her job as was....she started off in my job but is training case admin now

yes they are -suits me as I am technically self employed but they can be dodgy -sell their  granny to employ you cos it gets them money

yep, especially the minimum wage ones 

yes -I am with  three education agencies and one general  in the education bit-all are basically money orientated and you have to pay for everything i.e employers stamp etc etc
