By way Mr B gotntye accounts today ....he's one happy bunny .....and I got the settlement figure for the mortgage ...so I'm one happy bunny too 

 

 

so when is it the mercedes, swimming pool, sauna with room for a pony 

 In a week or so 

 must be a lovely feeling -we still have a mortgage

ours was nearly paid when we divorced...but we moved it from house to house and didn't up the years 

Ours was almost paid up when Mr B had to take early retirement  ....and we had to extend it to be able to afford it .....it was due to be finished when I was 80

Yes , it will be Ros ....although it's not a very big one

Yes , it will be Ros ....although it's not a very big one

think we only had 6 years to run on ours when we separated, but like I said we never upped the years when we moved into our last home. My ex won a good sum of money in a syndicate at work just before we got engaged so never had a big mortgage anyway

we moved at the wrong time-the other house would have been paid for

 Ours was only 30k when we first took it out ...
