downstairs was very dated, bedrooms had been refurbed, staff were lovely to be fair. Wouldn't be somewhere I would normally book for myself though 
It was great for the shopping centre though

we all came back safely tour guide was fantastic, so knowledgeable and very, very funny and Caernarfon castle that's a castle

Yes, and hospital uncle was in last year ....I was scared to even breathe when they opened the ward again
But you have to allow yourself to become immune to something's through building up an immune system

I'm not saying that.....you can build up a resistance to other bugs that will help you

I diet, I exercise and I eat plenty of fresh veg and home cooked meals....I do all I can to build up my immune system Pam and those are the best ways.

Yes, but as you get older your immune system isn't as good ....hence the flu jab etc.
