Dunno, as usual...they take their time getting back to me but to have ÂĢ54 quid taken off me in one go when it's their fault is a bit off I think

Delivery company didn't deliver and I wanted to redeliver to work, courier had said Saturday previously (long story) time moving on....still gonna be delivered on Saturday, and the age old prob with Virgin....they mailed me wrong paperwork.....I'm on the verge of jacking it all in!!

Delivery company didn't deliver and I wanted to redeliver to work, courier had said Saturday previously (long story) time moving on....still gonna be delivered on Saturday, and the age old prob with Virgin....they mailed me wrong paperwork.....I'm on the verge of jacking it all in!!

Helen just cancelled her Sky and Lynds cancelling when she moves...both have gone to firestick
I'm truly fed up with fighting with people for stuff that should be done right in the first place. I changed my DD with British Gas......it's now coming out on the 12th and the next one out on the 1st which is when it should be

It's the broadband and the phone though....I'm truly not bothered about the telly
