I frightened the heck out of myself this morning .....was laying in bath and suddenly had acid reflux which caught the back of my throat and choked me .....really couldn't get my breath at all ....had to thump on floor til Mr B came upstairs ....thought my number was up

This morning I was on the outskirts of town and spotted Skiddaw when I was dropping two friends off... I was high up looking towards Keswick
