It wouldn't be so bad if we had a nice selection of shops to go with them and bring people in to the town but no.....

Yes...we've got one too ....I've never used it ...apart from the odd loaf ....

There is some of that Sprout , but underneath it all the way  we shop is changing big time ......do M& S do online deliveries ? Perhaps you could still get the few bits and pieces ?

nope, even so its much too expensive, they can't possibly compete with supermarkets..we have a M&S in Workington which I never use, I don't buy ready meals and veg is lovely from Aldi at a third of the price

I used to buy their ready meals quite often when I was working ....now I only buy them on special occasions ....although I do like their dine in for ÂĢ10 deals

yeah, but you don;t like cooking...I don't like ready meals, although I would assume M&S are lovely...but I don't do pre-cooked food of any sort

I don't actually buy a lot of frozen stuff, but I do buy ready meals. Normally the COU meals at M&S 

TBH we don't always have much in the fridge - more when I am off - always have cheese milk butter salad stuff  potatoes- not keen on frozen food but i have quorn ready meals sometimes
