Yeah, I started wearing my new shoes this week as I've got a sore foot and thought maybe my old ones weren't giving me enough support. Now one of my new ones are hurting on the ankle

air ambulance was buzzing about my backs yesterday morning, 20 year old guy and came off a skateboard going downhill on the road that backs onto our cul-de-sac and he impaled himself on some railings 
He's throat and jaw injuries in Newcastle Hospital... joke we have to be flown to the other side of the Country for hospital treatment

I did it a couple of days ago , but it's just not healing over ....darn thing !
