When someone's breached their bail conditions and needs to be recalled to prison. The paperwork and trying to get it on the system is awful apparently. Time driven and many a time admin don't get all bits back from offender managers in time

obviousley it was going to cost more...the roof lining, windows and kitchen white good even second hand was going to be far more than that
