Yes Wozzer, on the whole I am, like I say, it just gets a bit boring when I'm staring/looking up at the CCTV screen for someone coming in,and one of the senior admin is pissing me off a bit to do with that

Yes Wozzer, on the whole I am, like I say, it just gets a bit boring when I'm staring/looking up at the CCTV screen for someone coming in,and one of the senior admin is pissing me off a bit to do with that   

why do you have to look at the CCTV screen sprooty ?

Offenders come in and I log them in and call their offender manager that they're in for their appt,  window is festooned with notices and sometimes I don't see them so it's down to me to look at the screen to see who comes through the door
