I'm there 5 days a week, these old buggers are hard to keep down  Old dear  called Margaret last week was like a bloody Jack-in-a-box....I sat her down umpteen times, ran and switched her cushion alarm off and in the end told her to keep her ar$e on the seat

Bazzy!!! you amaze me.....not only looking after your hubby but sorting someone else out too  

Well Mr B was asleep by this time ....and there was only one nurse and several of the patients seemed to have some form of dementia, so it's all hands to the pump

It's murder in there in the mornings they are getting so many up and dressed...I feel like part of the staff

I dunno, I've got the feeling that where I came from they can get more, but it would be silly getting rid of me after I'd learnt stuff to bring in someone else. The amount of people I'm getting lists of for interviews is just plain daft, but then again, that's more for Offender Managers and Enforcement Staff

And I've heard today that what the agency is paying me (minimum wage) is far less than the Service is paying the agency.....and that's not just my job, it's offender managers too

but it will be costing more for you through an agency than employing you... like I said, agencies and zero hours should be fecking banned

It's always the same ....I did loads of temp work when I was younger and the only making money were  the agencies

Courts Staff Manager thanked me twice for a basic spreadsheet I did this week when Senior Admin have actually said that they wouldn't have been able to do that 

And that spreadsheet may ultimately get someone the sack   monitoring sickness and swinging the lead apparently
