Yes Although last time they just said the fitters will call you on the morning of the fitting ....but I will certainly check the darn carpet is actually in the warehouse !!!

it's still a bit dodgy, I'm going to reboot the computer Baz, sometimes it helps after rebooting the router..be as quick as poss
