I used to know quite a few back in the early 80s. Tony Cliff (SWP leader)himself  tried to flatter me into joining them.

just olbas oil ATM then paracetamol but if gets worse will get anti-biotics

Lynd did, but she also had a broken nose when she was a child and they partly blamed that for the sinuses...realigned her nose (although it wasn't noticeable, the damage was inside)  and cleaned her sinuses and I'm sure she's only had one mild bout in three years
