Temptation was to drink a bottle (or two) of Neil's birthday wine and replace it, but at nine quid a bottle!    and I had a bottle of Malibu to take to Jo (replacement product from Asda that I won't drink)

Nah ....I fell off the wagon big time That white diet wasn't conducive to dieting And the increase in my anxiety meds hasn't helped either....they vastly increase your appetite ....but my tummy problems seem to have settled down , so I'm more than happy ....if it's extra pounds or upset tummy I will go with the former TBH I think it was the months of dieting that triggered things , so .....

yep, I think the shakes started mine off and then it escalated with me worrying about it

Ditto I was living on salmon and prawns for best part of 6 months ....and less than 1000 calories most days ...when I started eating more normally I .don't think my system liked it  Mind you cousin didn't help either !

It was nice ,that small can I had with lemonade, which is what I originally ordered from Asda   They replaced it with an ordinary bottle and just charged me for the smaller one. I asked Jo if she'd like it for her and Ang,. Ang being pregnant at the time didn't want it but since what's happened, has happened they can share it again
