I had one of those CT scans on my neck, started off in the round one, panic attack, definite no go, so had to go to another scanner miles away, it was like two huge doughnuts, open sides so no problems with that

Sprouty, I know what you mean about "finding your way around a new computer system"
When I worked packing screws, not only did we have to load the work into the hopper and pack them but raise orders and print labels too. Good job someone else was on the other end of the line labelling and palletising them
The point being raising the orders. The computer system was like something out of Star Wars at the time
I was absolutely useless, not saying you are but I eventually picked "most of it up"

I know your job is much more important than mine was but you will get there

I'm managing I think Moons. I'm practicing on the peeps that come in for appts, looking at who they should be with and what time their appt is etc. It's just the amount of screens you have to go through before you get there 
And anyway, each person's job is as important as another in the line
Bloody house alarm going off over the road and I'm sure I saw a removal van there the other day, like they've moved out already

Annoying , isn't it ...happens around here on a regular basis ! I don't think they are allowed to go on for more than a certain length of time , but they often go off multiple times , with a break in between ! !
I don't mind if I don't have to get up the next day but......
Tell you what.....I'm walking a hell of a lot more than I did at my old job, mainly cos there's not a bus that joins from the Metro that goes round to work

My day was ok ....Mr B decided to start on the lights about an hour or so before it started getting dark ...consequently it never got finished ! Oh and carpet is apparently being fitted a week tomorrow ....again !!!

I wouldn't say it was half done ....more like a quarter ....but he got more excercise in the space of an hour or so ( climbing up and down the step ladder to retrieve things he kept dropping ) than he's had in years
