Quick update ....it's junked my phone ....so can't even make calls ...and cos we don't have an up to date computer I can't even fix it ......will have to try O2 shop tomorrow ....if not will have to drive into Manchester to the Apple shop .....which will be a nightmare given Mr B !! That's exactly what it is and it's all there in front of them. Really grinds the gears - especially when they are on £120k basic and dare I say they are all foreign. The last one questioned the book cover. Pigeon-holing.
