What are you both up to tomorrow ?

I've got to some ring arounds

Eh ?

Work programme. I've got to chase up Employment Agencies asking if they've got anything new for me from last week.  (When they have my details on file and have told me that anything they get that's suitable they'll let me know)

It makes me puke

Genuine claimants have to jump through hoops whilst the underbelly are manipulating it for all it's worth

My advice Sprouty is to feign a mental illness of your choice and get onto the ÂĢ120 a week benefit. I think it's ESA. All inclusive and yearly reviews.

I really shouldn't be saying that but if you can't beat em join them. I really don't know how you get by

No, because my luck I'd be found out Donks.

But in anyway I wouldn't demean the mentally ill

I'm really getting to the mindset that they've given up on 'certain people' because they are unemployable and meanwhile are hounding me and people like me because I've been employed

I dunno Pam everyone on job seekers gets the same rules applied or sanctioned, they may have jobs on the side and don't bother if they get sanctioned...but, that's the rules for everyone

For instance, I was told to up my spec applications to 30 this week as work programme advisor had done 38 for me the past few weeks,  she didn't know how far/easy those places were to get to without transport though.

she does know you live in South Shields doesn't she... does she have the data on the unemployment figures in the north, it's joke

I also had one (albeit very nice reply) from a media company that said they were also closing but commented on my spec letter and CV and said that they deffo would've given me an interview anyway, but feck! that's one reply in about 48 spec letters and work prog advisor thinks I should be 'buzzing that I am that employable

Aww Won't they make you drink juice for the scan though ?

Juice in a hospital....you're kidding Baz. It'll be water

They give you orange juice for pregnancy scans Sprout ....it goes through more quickly than water
