Work programme. I've got to chase up Employment Agencies asking if they've got anything new for me from last week. (When they have my details on file and have told me that anything they get that's suitable they'll let me know)

True ...but I think this will be ...these buy to let types like a quick turn around .....they had the survey done a couple of days after the offer ...all ok ....and they've already had the contracts .....

Yes, I think that was about the same as us when we sold the flat to move in here 30 years ago. Same circs too. No chain and cash buyers
