But I tend to overcook my meat and dry it out, she does hers just nice

I know brisket takes a long time. When mam was alive I did the shopping for the meat for Sunday on a Saturday. There was one week I went out late and couldn't get any silverside beef and ended up with brisket. Mam wasn't pleased at me

brisket is nicer than silverside, my son in law gets silverside, Lynds prefers my brisket but can't cook it

I have a doc appt on 9th ....not related to this really , but I am hoping I can speak to her about it ....cos it's worrying me ...which of course just makes it worse

I've gone for six months Pam, they try different things first...if there is no rapid weight loss you need to go through stages

That was the first appointment I could get At least all the blood tests came back ok ....probably a mixture of IBS and anxiety
