How was your brother ? 

Mine wasn't great ....went to the docs .....she examined me in and out .... doesn't think it's the * bad* thing ....but could be several other things ...l

Ankle is a bit better and no I didn't go Baz, only because I had visitors and it was someone I hadn't seen for about three years.... It was a surprise drop in so I had to cancel last night, I went out for dinner instead

don;t think so Baz, I've never had full movement since the accident, but when it's like this it's tighter
